Let Us Know How We Did!

The best complement you can give to any of our agents is to let us know about your experience and to share it with others. Your feedback will help us strive to give the best real estate service in the area along with great client satisfaction.

A Note of Thanks: Kathy Burns & Janie Hendrix

I wanted to thank you both again for your outstanding services! As I have shared with each of you individually, my past experiences in selling homes in both Dallas, and then later in Dunwoody (Georgia), both of which were truly less than positive for a variety of reasons. As executor of Gerald's estate, I realized I would be responsible for coordinating with realtors on the sale of Gerald's home, however frankly was somewhat reticent about that particular step in settling the estate. However, as early as our initial meeting 'something clicked' and I realized that past experience was just that... past. As we continued to work together, it immediately became clear to me that this experience was like none other.... exceedingly positive!

Kathy, I can not begin to tell you how unbelievable your assistance was to me. I realize that you were new to this career, but throughout I continued to be amazed at your willingness to go above and beyond what would have been expected of any realtor, and always with your lovely, bubbly, cheerful personality! I'm still in awe of your multi-day preparation in staging the house for professional photographs for the MLS listing, even as I was still sorting through everything in the house! As a retired federal executive, I sought the commitment, determination, willingness, dedication, and competency in applicants, and employees, that you continually displayed since our initial meeting last November. I have no doubt that you will be highly successful in your new chosen profession, and wish you all the best.

Janie, your guidance as you assisted me in the detailed aspects of the sale were unparalleled. I would have never assumed there were so many intricacies in the field of Texas mineral rights and Oil/Gas exploration laws. Despite deciding to sell the Maypearl house, it is comforting that I still (potentially) own a piece of my beloved Texas, at least presuming any future exploration is successful! Thank you for your continued patience in answering my myriad of questions and explaining them in such great detail. And of course, I truly appreciate your thoughtfulness in generously donating the matching flooring pieces for the bare spot left by the safe. How fortuitous that you had the exact same beautiful flooring as Gerald! I understand congratulations are also in order for your recent accomplishment in obtaining your Broker license/certification. I know you will continue to excel in your career.

Ladies, "thank you" is hardly sufficient to express my appreciation to each of your for your support, professionalism, and exceptional negotiating skills! As a final request for 'my realtors', please forward this email to your supervisor(s), as a small reminder of the outstanding employees that he/she is fortunate enough to have on the staff.

With my deepest appreciation,

Kim
