Brice Broyles

Growing up I was raised in Ellis County and spend my summers in East Tx. I grew up in a family of five (one brother, one sister) and my parents raised our family with Christian values and the understanding of priorities. Those priorities are God, family, and responsibilities. I believe those priorities have taught me many things for my own family of 4 and my careers today.

I began my career in real estate in 2014, but when I’m not selling real estate, I am a full-time firefighter paramedic and have been on the job since 2012 (in public service since 2010). Not only has my parents given me perspective on priorities but my career as a firefighter paramedic has allowed me to fully understand true service to others. My experience in public service has made me a completely different realtor. My priorities in real estate are set and completely focused on client care and fighting for all of their needs and major investments in real estate. My focus with each client is not the transaction but for only the client care. There are many logistics in buying And selling real estate and I have mastered that art through many thorough transactions. I have sold many types of real estate from small tracts of land, suburban homes throughout the metroplex all the way to large Ranches.

Amongst my careers in real estate and public service, I also operate my own cattle Co. and ranch in Alma Texas and our family ranch in Palestine Texas. The knowledge of agricultural, livestock and land possibilities and purposes have given me my niche in real estate. I currently focus primarily on farm, ranch, rural land and overall country property. I use a multitude of farm and ranch resources to include; agricultural development offices, agricultural extension companies, MAPRIGHT farm and ranch land application programs, as well as different farm bureau agencies. If buying or selling real estate in the country is what you need then I am your guy.
